(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President, Executive Officer and CEO: Hidetaka Tani; hereinafter “SEGA XD”) on Monday, January 20, 2025, with the objective of growing the ad monetization businesses of both companies.
Purpose and Overview of the Business Alliance
Guided by its vision of “Creating a world where great things reach more people,” Skyfall has consistently worked to expand the network of companies adopting its ad monetization platform “SKYFLAG,” while providing value that aligns closely with the user experience.
Both companies share a common foundation in reward-based ad monetization businesses. Believing that a collaboration would generate a strong synergy, further stimulate the reward monetization market, and ultimately enhance corporate value for both parties, the two companies decided to form this business alliance.
By linking “Noah AD”—operated by SEGA XD—with “SKYFLAG,” this alliance aims to further boost profitability as an ad monetization platform and improve long-term value by refining verification and machine learning accuracy. Through these efforts, the partnership seeks to continually contribute to the business growth of an even wider range of corporate clients.
