Appointment of new Executive Officer aimed at achieving sustainable organizational growth through building a stronger management administration structure
Skyfall Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomokazu Hasegawa; hereinafter “Skyfall”) established an executive officer system on June 1, 2023, with the aim of further strengthening its management structure and business foundations.
We are pleased to announce that one new Executive Officer has been appointed to drive further business growth and organizational development.
With a focus on the marketing platform business, Skyfall develops and operates “SKYFLAG,” a user focused ad monetization platform, as well as “SKYFLAG Research,” a marketing research service dedicated to capturing highly representative data, contributing to solving monetization challenges and accelerating business growth for our corporate clients.
As Skyfall continues to expand its business, we place high importance on strengthening the structure of the Management Administration Division, which anchors the corporate foundation to ensure flexible and stable management. This division not only provides powerful backing for business growth but also focuses on building an environment where every employee can achieve high performance, thereby playing a core role in organizational management.
To further strengthen the management administration structure for future business growth and organizational development, Kunimitsu Hirai—who has contributed to the growth of the SKYFLAG business since joining the company and subsequently to the stabilization of the management administration structure—has been newly appointed as Executive Officer.

In May 2016, joined a game and amusement-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market, engaging in sales and new business development within the division responsible for developing and selling marketing support tools.
Joined Skyfall Inc. in April 2021. After overseeing the media sales department, established the data analysis and operations team, and managed the administrative division of SKYFLAG.
Subsequently, appointed as General Manager of the Corporate Headquarters in January 2024, overseeing the entire corporate sector and serving as the head of HR and recruitment.
