This feature automatically measures gaming time without requiring users to have the Pocket Play app actively running.
*Poi-katsu refers to the practice of collecting and utilizing reward points accumulated through various methods.
Background of the Pocket Play Update
While conventional reward media platforms typically award points for completing surveys or fulfilling offers (advertisements), Pocket Play stands out by allowing users to earn points based on the amount of time they spend playing games. This enables users to enjoy their everyday gaming habits while earning rewards simultaneously.
Previously, to ensure accurate playtime measurement, users had to launch Pocket Play before playing their chosen game. To make the combination of gaming and earning rewards a much more seamless experience, we developed this new feature that tracks playtime without requiring the Pocket Play app to be launched first.

Limited to games installed via Pocket Play, users will now have their playtime automatically measured even if they do not launch Pocket Play, earning points corresponding to their gameplay duration. The addition of this feature allows users to enjoy reward-earning activities much more smoothly.
