Skyfall Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomokazu Hasegawa; hereinafter referred to as Skyfall) is pleased to announce the establishment of an executive officer system effective June 1, 2023, with the aim of further strengthening its management structure and business foundation, and the appointment of four executive officers.
Up until now, Skyfall has been developing its advertising platform “SKYFLAG,” which advocates for “geniune strategies and monetization that are aligned with the user experience,” as well as operating “Manga DX+”, the official manga app for publisher “Shonen Gahosha,” and “Poker Chase,” one of the largest authentic poker games in Japan, thereby cultivating new markets and aiming for business growth.
With our employee count exceeding 100 this fiscal year, we need to implement timely changes in order to achieve further business growth. Therefore, we have decided to introduce an executive officer system to transition to a new organizational structure.
This system was introduced with the aim of creating a flexible management structure that can respond appropriately and quickly to rapid changes in the business environment by separating management decision-making and supervisory functions from operational execution functions and delegating operational execution authority. The following four individuals have now been appointed as executive officers.

Joined Adways Inc. in April 2018 and engaged in advertising planning and proposal work for advertisers of smartphone game apps. Received the company-wide Rookie of the Year award and was subsequently promoted to Unit Manager.
Joined Skyfall Inc. in May 2020 and established the advertiser sales department for ‘SKYFLAG,’ developing many clients, mainly overseas advertisers. In June 2022, established the Human Resources Strategy Office, implementing new and improved HR systems, as well as reviewing and strengthening the recruitment system.

Joined Adways Inc. in January 2011 and worked as the Head of the sales department, handling sales and management tasks, including proposing advertising plans for smartphone game app advertisers.
Joined Skyfall Co., Ltd. in July 2021 and established the media sales department for ‘SKYFLAG’ to promote the introduction of offerwall and provide monetization support to media companies that adopt it.

Joined the GMO Internet Group in April 2018 and engaged in advertising planning and proposal work for a wide range of advertisers, both for apps and websites.
Joined Skyfall Inc. in March 2020 and launched the “Manga DX+” business, which grew into an app with over 2 million total downloads in approximately two years. Since June 2022, has been in charge of development at Skyfall, overseeing the entire development team.

After graduating from Keio University Graduate School of Law in March 2019, started his own business and developed projects that promote the SDGs.
Joined Skyfall Inc. in February 2021, where he was responsible for legal affairs and internal control. Since May 2022, as the Head of affairs, has overseen labor relations, general affairs, legal affairs, accounting, finance, and business planning, contributing to strengthening the management structure. He is also currently fulfilling the duties as Head of internal control.
