Relocation background
Since relocating our office to Ebisu in October 2021, our business has expanded, and we now have over 100 employees.
As we continue to expand our business, we have relocated and expanded our office in order to further strengthen our organizational capabilities through face-to-face communication and to improve operational efficiency and productivity by creating a more comfortable office environment.
About the new office
・Concept: A comfortable workspace designed to maximize Skyfall’s performance.
We aimed to create an office environment with a bright and open atmosphere that would foster more active communication among employees. Furthermore, by providing spaces conducive to focused work and refreshing breaks, we’ve created an environment that makes it easy to switch between work and rest.
By achieving increased productivity at the individual and team levels, and by fostering stronger collaboration throughout the company, we aim to further expand our business.
We will continue to experiment and refine our approach in our new office, striving to realize Skyfall’s vision of “creating a world where great things spread,” and aiming to improve our long-term corporate value.

▼Point 1: Creating an open and spacious office environment
To encourage communication among employees across departments, we created a single-floor open space with minimal walls. We focused on creating a spacious environment where employees can concentrate on their work comfortably without feeling cramped.
We aim to achieve even faster and stronger collaboration through smooth communication and information sharing.
▼Point 2: Install a whiteboard on one entire wall of the “meeting rooms”.
Due to the increase in the number of employees and business meetings, we have added more meeting rooms. We have also brightened the lighting in the meeting rooms to create a more relaxed atmosphere conducive to conversation.
Furthermore, by embedding whiteboards in the walls, we aimed to support efficient and high-quality meetings, creating an environment that facilitates optimal decision-making and collaboration.
▼Point 3 “Cafe Space” – Creating a space to refresh oneself.
A spacious cafe area has been set up for use during breaks.
To help employees switch between work and break times effectively, the lighting, flooring, and furniture were carefully chosen to create a space distinct from other areas.
▼Point 4 “Communication Area” – Supporting communication
A new communication area has been created in the office to facilitate quick communication and internal meetings.
Because it’s located within the office and each desk is equipped with a monitor, workers can quickly achieve optimal communication tailored to their needs.
▼Point 5 “Office Chair” – Reducing the burden of desk work
With the desire to provide a comfortable working environment where employees can concentrate on their work, we provide high-quality office chairs to all employees, regardless of their position or seniority.
