Our company was responsible for conducting the survey on “Decisions Regarding Living Locations and Residential Purchases Along Train Lines,” which targeted residents who purchased homes along the JR Chuo Line between Thursday, January 11 and Thursday, February 29, 2024, and who hold a connection to the transit line.
The first part of the feature introduces the home-buying stories of the respondents who participated in this survey.
The second part outlines the Trajectory Equifinality Approach (TEA) — a qualitative research methodology systematized through psychological theories that our company utilized for this study—alongside the analysis results and insights gained from the survey.
