Strengthening SKYFLAG’s customer service system and entering new business areas in the realm of rewards
Skyfall Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomokazu Hasegawa; hereinafter referred to as Skyfall) established an executive officer system on June 1, 2023, with the aim of further strengthening its management structure and business foundation. As Skyfall takes on various challenges, we are pleased to announce that one new executive officer has been appointed.
Skyfall’s vision is to “create a world where good things are widespread,” and it operates its business primarily through ‘SKYFLAG,’ an advertising monetization platform that prioritizes user experience.
Since its release, SKYFLAG has been committed to providing high-quality customer support, maintaining a comprehensive system to serve its customers. As we further expand the SKYFLAG business, we will be opening a dedicated customer support center in Niigata City to further strengthen our customer support system.
In this context, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Tsuyuki, who will be responsible for establishing our CS (Customer Satisfaction) base and launching new businesses, has been appointed as an executive officer.
The purpose of this initiative is to delegate operational authority and build a flexible management system that can respond appropriately and quickly to rapid changes in the business environment from a long-term perspective, thereby achieving further business growth in the future.

Since January 2016, worked in advertiser sales for an ad network at a foreign-owned IT company.
Since 2019, supported integrated online and offline planning using PublicDMP at a full-service advertising agency.
Joined Skyfall Inc. in April 2021 and was responsible for improving the data environment for ‘SKYFLAG’, streamlining advertising submission operations, and strengthening the customer support system. Was appointed General Manager in June 2022.
Has been working on establishing a CS (Customer Service) base and launching new businesses since June 2023.
