The Niigata office will begin operations on February 1, 2024 (Thursday) as a customer support base for Skyfall’s advertising monetization platform, “SKYFLAG,” which the company is focusing on, to directly handle user inquiries.
Background of the establishment
Skyfall’s vision is to “create a world where good things are widespread,” and it operates its business primarily through ‘SKYFLAG,’ a user-centric advertising monetization platform.
Many companies have already adopted “SKYFLAG,” and the number of users who visit and utilize “SKYFLAG” is increasing year by year.
Since its release, SKYFLAG has focused on building a system that provides thorough customer support so that users can use it with peace of mind.
As we continue to expand the ‘SKYFLAG’ business, we have decided to further improve the quality of our customer support by establishing a dedicated Skyfall base in Niigata city, strengthening our organization with a long-term perspective.

Niigata city has established a subsidy system for information and communication-related industries and is actively working to attract companies with the aim of securing employment opportunities and promoting migration. Among these, Niigata city attracted us with its convenient access from Tokyo, its easy access from the Skyfall Tokyo office, and its focus on creating an environment that attracts people and urban development.

By opening an office in Niigata, Skyfall aims to actively recruit individuals who wish to relocate to Niigata or are considering moving there, thereby contributing to job creation and the revitalization of the local economy.

Similar to our Tokyo office, we aimed to create an office environment that fosters communication among employees through a bright and open atmosphere. Furthermore, by providing spaces that allow for focused work and spaces for refreshing breaks, we have created an environment that makes it easy to switch between work and rest.
Furthermore, to facilitate smooth communication between the Tokyo and Niigata offices and create a sense of unity throughout the company despite being located in different places, we installed a large monitor in the center of the office that can instantly broadcast live from the office.
At our Niigata office, we will continue to experiment and refine our approach to realize Skyfall’s vision of “creating a world where good things are widespread,” aiming to improve our long-term corporate value.

By installing a large monitor in the office, we aimed to facilitate collaboration with the Tokyo office and ensure smooth communication and information sharing.
Point 2: Install a whiteboard on one entire wall of the “conference room”.
By embedding whiteboards in the conference room walls, we’ve created an environment that supports efficient and high-quality meetings, enabling better decision-making and collaboration.
Point 3: “Cafe Space” – Creating a space to refresh.
A spacious cafe area has been set up for use during breaks.
To help employees switch between work and break times effectively and maintain a clear distinction between work and rest, we’ve carefully designed the flooring and furniture to create a space that’s distinct from other areas.
Point 4: “Communication Area” – Supporting efficient communication.
A communication area, ideal for quick communication and internal meetings, has been set up in the cafe space.
By equipping each seat with a monitor, one can quickly achieve optimal communication tailored to the needs.
Point 5: “Seminar Room” – High-quality meetings made possible with meeting chairs and a dedicated space.
The dedicated seminar room, which can be used for employee training and in-house study sessions, is equipped with meeting chairs that combine a desk and chair into one unit.
Furthermore, the layout has been designed to facilitate smooth communication with the Tokyo office and make it easier to conduct high-quality online meetings.
